Battery for Schiller Fred PA-1/DefiSign LIFE defibrillators

The battery for the Schiller Fred PA-1/DefiSign LIFE AEDs is a "non-rechargeable" type, with a life of approximately 5 years in stand-by mode and sufficient capacity for approximately 140 or more full-power shocks.

The battery is easily replaceable and maintains its properties in the following circumstances:

• the defibrillator is kept at room temperature;
• the defibrillator is kept in standby (so it is not used);
• the cover remains closed.

Every time the cover is opened and closed, the defibrillator turns on and uses the battery capacity.
